A website. Any website that uses percentage in css is responsive then? No.

It is working well with different pixels screen… it is adapting to the different screen sizes of the screen… what else you want.

It’s not what I want, it’s physically not responsive and shouldn’t be sold as such

One more suggestion, overlays on portfolio little faster can be too, to much time wasted waiting to see content.

The theme works on different sizes does not mean it’s responsive, if you can grab a window and make it smaller and the website adapts to that, that is responsive.

LOL . Responsive web design should look OK on devices, not when the window is resized. How often do you think user gonna resize the browser while looking at your website? Screen resize is just a responsive quicktest for us, the developers.

What if website loads different content for mobile / desktop devices? You cant test that by resizing the window, so.. can you call a website like that ‘responsive’?

And again – ‘if you can grab a window and make it smaller and the website adapts to that, that is responsive’ – thanks, this one made my day.

Whats the point of that color changing images in portfolio if you overlaying them with yellow?
