Support for my site

Hi there

I have listed several tickets on the ticket system website. The first two interactions where answered very promptly. Now I have a major problem and have just been told to me patience but have had no further updates for a couple of days. All up I have been waiting for a week for something to be done. Can someone please give me an update on where my ticket is at.

You pay for site and get site, support is not required for purchase but if author provide great support this will incrase the sales. If author know the major problem and work for fix you need to give some space and time.
