Hi Guys,

I love Themeforest and been a member for a few years. But recently i have noticed the support drop. I paid money into my account but it was the exact time Themeforest were doing changes to the website and so it didn’t redirect me to the “made a payment” page and therefore the money didn’t get added.

Its been two days now and I have not heard anything?

I really hope they help soon, and also improve support.

Hi idea21, I’m sorry to hear you are currently having trouble. Support typically responds within 48 hours, but some requests may take longer, depending on the complexity of the issue and staff availability.

Rest assured that every ticket is responded to, and as soon as the issue is analyzed, you’ll be contacted. Your patience is appreciated.

In the meantime, you can post your ticket ID here in this thread, and/or tweet your ticket ID to @envato_support requesting urgency. Hopefully it can help speed up the process. Good luck.
