I’ve been trying to open a ticket regarding a transaction where the payment was accepted (I have the Paypal receipt) and the download never materialized in my account. It showed an error screen “Whoops etc…” after processing the payment but no registration of the download. I cannot submit a ticket it just spins and spins on support.envato.com and since there are no phone numbers or email addresses to be able to send a ticket manually to I am resorting to posting this on the forum. Anyway to get some help here?
Same issue here with tickets. Trying to submit a ticket regarding my recent deposit (credits haven’t populated though I paid for them) but the ticket page hangs when trying to submit.
Is the staff on holiday? =(
Just as a heads up I purchased an audio file a few moments ago and it also provided an error after payment. So now I need 2 files

Same thing happened here as well. I unfortunately attempted payment three times before realizing it went through. $51 later, no file.
I purchased a theme and I have no file in my download area, tells me: Waiting for payment confirmation …
