FYI also have problem with Paypal payment (no confirmation in now 2 hrs) and can’t submit a ticket.

I agree that it is not bad service per se but perhaps bad protocol that simultaneously we are unable to contact support regarding the problem. Housing the support server and payment servers or web servers where they are dependent on one another is inviting disaster.

nickroberts: Actually, the support servers are housed somewhere completely different to the marketplace. It’s coincidental that we’re having problems with both at the same time. (We’re actually seeing three different problems simultaneously at the moment. It never rains but it pours.)
I feel ya thank you for the update it is much appreciated. As someone who provides support services for my own company, along with media design and web content, I certainly understand problems usually come in threes anyway!
