Hi guys. Basically our support forum is starting to take way to much time for us to reply, we have like 20-30 requests a day which takes a good amount of hours of our time. Do you guys use some kind of external support dude/company or you do it yourself? (I’m aiming this question at the mid to high sales authors).
I don’t understand how 20 requests can take you hours. I spend only 1 hour on support / day and max 2 hours on Mondays (because i don’t work weekends). And it’s not like i don’t have any sales..
I wanted to outsource my support for so long now, but i still don’t need
Basically its like 15-20 emails plus same in the forum, and its always backend related stuff :/.
