What is the quickest way to change an item from the incorrect category into the correct one? I’ve tried a support ticket but it keeps telling me the capcha is incorrect. Is there a specific Twitter tag for Support or the normal Envato one? Thanks.

You should create a ticket first, try reloading the page and do it again. Then you can twit the ticket number to @envato_support for faster handling :). Good luck :).

Here is the best way you can do it – simply change something in your tags in order to allow you to be able to re-submit the item for review. In ‘Message to the Reviewer’ write that you want to change this item’s present category to so-so category and then submit it.

This process is a lot quicker than opening a support ticket.

I had the same problem 2 months ago. After waiting 10 days for support answer I did the same that mrcharlesbrown wrote – the problem was resolved after an hour.
