Hi, I just received this e-mail from my profile from a potential client :
“Flyer: Tri-Tech Corporate Flyer I’m trying desperately to buy this flyer and the envato system is stopping me via the email verification. I’ve filled out support tickets, posted on Twitter. Is there any other way to do this? I’m on a deadline….”
I also just opened a ticket in the support center, but considering that the last 2 tickets that I opened took almost one week to have an answer I don’t think that it can help in this particular case. Any suggestion on how I could help him ?

However if the problem lies with the e-mail verification maybe you should enquire what exactly is going wrong there? Does he not get the verification e-mail? Then that may be down to his spam settings or simply an unreliable mail host?
Thanks chrisatlemon, I’m going to check via Twitter for the future, meanwhile the support center answered me ( congrats to them because this time it was fast ) saying that they solved the issue with the account of the “client”.
