@JType: I don’t think the changes will be on the frontend, as far as I’m aware it’s the support backend that the form on this site interfaces with getting an upgrade.

@joel: Well, I never experienced any problems at all with the support system personally, so any improvements on an apparently already good system must mean that it’s gonna end up being pretty uber! :P
