Its been more than 1 Month now, still no reply from Support.. :-( We sent an email regarding the feedback we had for our rejected template and had no respose waited for almost 20 days and then sent another email but had no response for both the emails sent. It is very unusual as this has not happened in the past.I hope they can sort it out without taking another month. How long does it usually take for support to reply? Or is there any other way to contact Support to take answers.

Support may ignored it because you should email your reviewer back not the support

Yup, make sure you get a ticket ID. I checked the queue and there is nothing even close to that old in the system :)
