Hi strongwebgr, I see here that your support ticket has already been replied to.

Have you by any chance checked your e-mail spam folder? Unfortunately, from time to time, some e-mails can end up hidden in that folder, and go by unnoticed. Please let us know if you do find it.

Thanks a lot for the reply. It’s appreciated. Nothing in the spam folder. I would have noticed it tbh. Any chance someone can send the ticket response again? Maybe via my profile?

BTW, I never had problems receiving emails from envato, codecanyon an d themeforest that I use and all of them are in the safe senders list.

Hey,

Thanks again for the reply. I get the notifications that there is a reply here but I have received no emails from envato.

I checked my blocked senders list (just to make sure) but nothing there.

Would it be possible to send me the ticket update via my profile on themeforest?

Can’t think of something else to be honest.
