Hi, I send a support tickets but over a week still no Reply. Is it normal? The subject was about giving development right to another one user.

Hi,

Maybe this ticket does not need to be answered by Envato. You should just give the ticket number to your partner and he/she should use it in “Comment to Reviewer” section when he wants to submit the item.

as ImanGM said, don’t wait any answer from Envato support, just forward that email to your partner because that’s something between you and developer.

Since this thread is open, that’s something that worries me actually, don’t know if that’s happening to everyone but I wrote envato support and it seems it takes them 1 week to response your question, it’s normal for reviewing process, but for just a simple question, that’s a bit to much in my opinion.

Hey petkof,

A couple of your tickets are right at the front of the Support queue (literally, #1 and #2).

Our Australia-based Staff start within the next hour or two, so you should hear back from us real soon. As Iman said though, in the future as long as you’ve opened the ticket from the email address on your profile, you can just submit the ticket and upload the item(s) straight away. You don’t need to wait for a Support Team confirmation :grin:

We’d still reply to your ticket even though the issue has been solved, just to check in and see if there’s anything else we could do for you :grin:

The approximate waiting time is ~5-7 days at the moment, although a couple of staff are just returning from leave, so this will hopefully return to normality soon :grin:
