Hi folks
Does anyone know how long it takes for envato support to respond? I submitted/opened a ticket yesterday but haven’t heard anything yet.
And was I supposed to receive an email confirming I’d opened a ticket?
EDIT – Double-checked my email… I did receive a confirmation.
