I only found one old thread that mentions SVG format on this forum. Why is it not a format option on GR? Wouldn’t SVG backgrounds for websites be awesome?

You don’t know what SVG is?! It’s a vector format that web browsers can display. You can use them like PNG or JPEG but it is vector, so resolution independent and smaller file sizes (most of the time).

Of course. I thought everybody on Graphic River would know. http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/why-arent-you-using-svg/

SVG is nothing more than a text file, you can include them in a webpage just by using the source code.
Some people would think it will be best to post it on Codecanyon ( The marketplace for code stuff) and others will think Graphicriver.
Personally I think it should be accepted on Graphicriver :)

MD9, sorry, that should have been on 2 lines. The best categories to submit them too. SVG is perfectly acceptable here, but you need to have an EPS as well.
