It’s all very well, but only three buyers responded and one of them was me.

I was rather hoping that Envato was going to send the survey out to all their buyers with some kind of small incentive to respond… a simple customer satisfaction survey. But all this actually is is a summary of responses in the thread.

With a sample of three, you have to take the results with a pinch of salt.

Particularly when you consider that the buyers are pretty atypical ones…. ones that actually read the forums or blog. (and one of whom is an author and moderator too).

Come on Envato. We want to see something a bit more serious than this.

Oh.. I saw the names were there but I didn’t notice that there were only three responders! Now I have to take back my words because as felt said this doesn’t in any way represent the majority of buyers out there.

Thanks anyway but next time I’d like to see the number of people who answered…
