swf over flv

Hi, I have a banner on my website 100% wide by 300px high. I want to have a background flv that stretched to the width of the page, and i have an interactive swf flash file that i want to be positioned over the top of the flv, and transparent.

Is this possible?

Cool thanks for the replies. What i’m trying to do is have an flv background within the container. And then centralized an swf flash file on a transparent background, with a desk which has interactive items on it, (which are basically just rollovers) and also has a large computer monitor.

The large computer monitor would then have 3 buttons which would effectively change the channel. One channel would be a simple flash website which acts as a portfolio. another channel will be a web presenter speaking, and another channel would be a simple slideshow.

I’m a web designer and can provide all the elements, but i’m hopeless with Flash and actionscripting. What would be the best way to get a quote for this?
