My name and bank address both have some foreign characters (accented normal characters actually).

So i was wondering should i write ”?” as “c” for example or write as it is ”?”.

Edit: TF doesn’t support the characters. It’s like “c” but with a little diagonal line on top.

I believe you should contact your bank directly and ask them what to do in this case. They should have some kind of alias for your account which uses only latin characters.

P.S. Or may be they do like in airports, strip all letters with accents and instead of them use letters without accents (this is just my guess).
