Tab & Toggle for Liferay 6.1+

Hi, i would need a Tab and Toggle. I need these two created for Liferay. I will show the mock of the actual page on how its sepose to work. Its simple and i just need someone who can make this for Liferay. More explanation via Skype. What a page would have is some content summary and a toggle below it, so far what i can think of is creating a tab/ toggle as Portlet then embedding it where necessary into the Web Content to achieve the required result.

I have the standalone script of toggle and tab if you need.
