Template & Freelancer

Hi,

I have an animals site to do , so a picture gallery.

I would like to have dogs pictures on the site , but with an admin password

possiblility to see the database, where all the animals are.( dogs, cats, ...)

with descriptions.

is it possible? witch template can i buy?

(I will need a freelancer to do the site or put the template on line)
