For my portfolio, I would like to make a website like this one:
http://isseymiyakeparfums.comI want to skip the first part where all the images flicker. I really like the second part, where the name comes up in red with a picture and then it changes to a screen with just words.
Is there a template similar to this one? Or is it difficult to make one? I have some money to offer the developer.

I also like http://isseymiyakeparfums.com/en/fragrances I like the overview of the different items.
Since I am a student I don’t have a lot of money to offer. What is the cheapest option for you? I know some basic things about html and websites, so if I have a few good base pages I can always use them for a new item.
