Hi Beaubeau,
did you buy a template or a theme? Which one? (“THEMEFOREST” is not the name of the theme, it’s the name of the marketplace. Like you bought the book AMAZON :) ) Please note that you cannot upload site templates to WordPress. Also, make sure you don’t upload the whole zip you downloaded from here but first unzip and upload only the actual theme zip.

Before even considering a refund you will have to go through any possible errors on your side. Refunds are only granted if a theme really does not work, which I highly doubt is the case here, without knowing which one you bought.

Also, since this is a public forum you will have to go to the item details page of the item you bought and find the individual author there. Then please contact him/her asking for help. Cheers

Same thing… Just bought Sommerce and tried to upload the whole zip file to Wordpress using the Install Theme > Upload process (as per themes from Woo, Themetrust, etc, etc, etc). Just hangs and times out. Not server error as tried a Woo Theme and uploaded perfectly…

You mention a zip file for the theme within the main zip? There isn’t one – just a directory called ‘Theme’ which, when zipped up won’t install either. FTP ’d the Theme file across and that isn’t recognised in the Themes tab on the Dashboard either.

Appreciate some help on this as client waiting for this site to be built and surprised this is seemingly more problematic than loads of other themes from other companies that I’ve uploaded in the 2 years that I’ve been using Wordpress.

Thanks, Neil.

Neil you should contact the author of the theme if you’re facing problems and my suggestion does not help.
