Template not working

I have recently purchased loremIpsum theme , but the main important template is not working. the template is : shop page – fullwidth and horizontal filter widget area.
Am getting the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function is_visible() on a non-object in /home/vijaygab/public_html/nithy/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/content-product.php on line 23
So, as there is an error with this template, am using another template temporarily.
Please kindly help me to solver this issue assp.

Hello, this is a general forums for item specific support you need to contact the author of the theme, if you check the download folder theres documentation or a read me that will have the best means to contact them for support(weather item comments, personal forums, or via there profile page)

I also have this same problem. I have been onto their forum for assistance but no solution as of yet.

If this is a common problem, which ti certainly seems to be, why has this not been fixed?

I have spent 3 days now trying to fix this. I Googled everything I can think of and no solution is in sight.

This is not a problem I have had with any other theme I have purchased and I’m quite annoyed now.

What’s the likelihood of a refund on this?

You can submit a request for a refund from support but it will depend on if there are theme issues when they test it.

If you are getitng the error seen in the first post here then that looks more like it is due to how your hosting is configured and the commerce plugin.

The file is by a big author and I am sure they will be responding to their support forums as they are in their item comments.
