I like it a lot. Tho the visual hierarchy is messed up, so it looks kinda messed up.

Read understanding visual hierarchy in web design article and understand it, and you shall see your design with different eyes

What are you talking about? open my design and that http://birdboxx.com/ ... and look clearly are both look same to you? or are you specially concerned about copying text line?

It has the same structure but it’s a Totally different design. There is no way to be original with basic structures, but you can with graphics, colors, etc… To be honest i don’t see any problem here…

I agree that there is no way to be truly unique with a coming soon page – however he did heavily borrow from the design, basically just extending social media and a progress bar. anyhow, if it is this easy to get approved designs, i will start selling now as well…

Design and features matters, structure is not a problem!

All Blog & Magazine websites have almost same structure but different in design, colors, images etc. so why do you think i copied design from that website?
