Hi guys,

do you have any experience with the reviewers putting your items “on hold” during reviewing process?

If so, how long does it usually take? I already red the info, but Id like to hear some real user experience.

My theme are ALWAYS put on hold lol .. but hey , its better than when they were all rejected :P Jarel is nicer with me lately haha :)

my item was also “hold”, but now no status message is visible in my account page…and the item is also not visible in my portfolio..

what’s happening?

Occasionally files will be held if one of the reviewers feels it needs a more in depth check, or if they want another reviewer to take a second look. There are a number of reasons why, and not all of them are negative. I’d say just hang tight, and if it goes held for a long period of time (a few days), contact support and ask if they can provide a reason for the hold up.

That’s very unusual. Whenever files are soft rejected, its because they require minor changes or fixes. And it would have to explain what exactly needs to be changed. You will need to contact support, or Jeffrey to let them know about this mishap and ask for an explanation. I’m sure it was a mistake.
