yes of course ! maybe when a file is held by the team , it falls too the deepest and i think they won’t check this later …
Actually I think is like “oh, look this file has …., maybe it’s a problem, let’s get [insert name here] because is a specialist”... then “oh, look, the file disappeared… well, send [insert name here] back home”... “look, that file again, get [insert name here] again”... “oh, snap, disappeared again… something is wrong about that file…”.
