After waiting 7 hours in the review queue, my item has been held temporarily by the review team for over 20 hours. I have sent a support ticket as well and tweeted my ticket number to @envato_support without any feedback. My Support ticket is #215541. I would really like to know if there is a stand still some where and would appreciate some feedback from themeforest and/or envato support.

Sending ticket won’t get you any further. Just use search next time. Same question was posted on the forums.
