Hello there creative nation!
I recently purchased several templates and I’m having issues with some options included along the templates, like if they are gone.
One problem I’m noticing is that whenever you add a page, options like add custom fields and disabling comments are gone. Check the preview:
Is anybody else having issues? know of any bugs authors?
P.D. I’ve contacted authors about it

tbh 3.1 is USELESS , it only introduces that annoying frontend admin bar and breaks my themes

Hi Daniel,
In 3.1 they are hidden by default.
You can show them by going into the Settings tab.

I somewhat agree with wizylabs. If you don’t have a specific reason to upgrade to 3.1, such as a feature it offers that you absolutely MUST have, I wouldn’t bother. Most of the updates were targeted at developers, not end users. The benefit is minimal (if any) for existing themes.
It’s more likely you will have problems by updating to 3.1 for existing themes and gain no new functionality (crappy admin bar aside). From a risk vs. reward standpoint there is absolutely no reason to attempt an update to WP 3 .1 if you are not using a theme that came out AFTER it was released or has been specifically updated to work with it.
Another important consideration is plugins. This update has been breaking plugins all over the place and you’ll probably need to allow several month for a lot of them to catch up.
Just say NO to 3.1
