I’ve been a a member at Audiojungle for a half year now. A great friend told me about the great site and I thought it would be something very interesting to try it out.
I’ve had a goal since some years back to focus and try to succeed in the electronic dance music industry and I thought Audiojungle would be something good & fun to do aside of that. As soon as I started exploring audiojungle it got more and more fun. I discovered many different genres I’ve never heard of, a forum to discuss many things with talented musicians & more.
Anyhow, after getting a item featured, being included in a bundle, winning a bounty contest and just the awesomeness that AJ delivers I’ve been distracted from my goal quite a lot so I decided to take a break for a while.
With the age advantage (16) and the help I’ve got from people I really wanna try my best to achieve what I’m striving for, and then unfortunately audiojungle can’t be in the picture. I’ll visit the forums from time to time though!
I really want to thank envato for helping me out so much, if I wouldn’t be a part of this site, I would probably be producing music on my old pc (where I could have like 10 channels until the DAW started to lag), but because of you I’ve bought a great computer that makes everything a 100 times easier.
I also want to thank all the great & positive people I’ve met here (Jamie Blanks, Crian, lucafrancini, LLP, SoundFix, Grooving Gecko, matsteiner, brandonamatias, Lumenmedia, PhilLarson, Urbazon and many more!)
It’s a nice point.. It’s unusual reading the case of a successful author leaving Aj, but you’ve explained well all the points. You’re mature minded if you still want to focus on yur first goal. So, nothing to object. There’s only a point I don’t get, do yu want to close your profile or you just don’t upload new tracks for a while? I suggest you to leave your profile open, it doesn’t cost anything Good Luck
You’re a talented guy, indeed, and you are only 16. When I was 16 I could only change my desktop background picture on windows (and it was great fun :D). So you can do everything you want, but like LucaFormicola said, leaving this account open could be a good idea
Good luck from a jungle fellow!
This is stupid. Why you must leave?Audiojungle is not some thing which you can leave it.I think you can focus on your primary goal and AJ, eventually, leave it beside. Anyway, If you really leave, can I get your badges
You’ll always have a home here. The support is going nowhere. Just will probably grow stronger. Come on back and upload a new awesome track from time to time. Good luck!
Thanks for the support guys! I will leave this account open, I’ll just be very inactive, no new uploads for a long while..
Sad to see you leave but I really think it’s a good choice to focus 100% on succeeding in the electronic dance music industry. You have written/produced some truly GREAT tracks (both here and what I’ve seen on BeatPort/SoundCloud etc.) and there’s a future for you! To be honest, you have even inspired me to venture a lot deeper into the electronic world.
I will definitely follow your career. And don’t forget to stay in school.
Well you’ve done incredibly well here for a 16 year old. When I was 16 my tunes sounded like absolute crap! Good luck on your dance music mission, I hope you make it Definitely keep your account open too
That’s really warming to hear fellas, thank you!
