Save IE6 :D

Holly s++t! Look at this!

You have been mislead by a vocal minority and are using chrome, which is clearly an inferior web browser to IE6 . Please switch to IE6 and sign our petition.

WTF ???

It’s a joke, relax. They’re purposely trying to piss everyone off when they know that so many people want IE6 to die. It’s a prank… and people are falling for it.

hm…I didn’t read all the comments but what I wonder about is:

How long will Microsoft take its customers for a fool. Really sad that Microsoft, as the biggest software concern word wide, doesn’t support web standards 100% yet.

Perhaps sites such as TH should implement premium prices for themes that support IE6 … Obviously Microsoft hasn’t got what it takes to move the web forward so it comes down on other initiatives…

I’ve seen people %17 out of all IE6 users answered “I like my browser and not thinking about upgrading” on an IE survey (a drupal survey, if I’m not mistaken).

So MS is not really stupid but a little dumb caring for the weirdos.

This is like “I like my land line and will not use a cellphone”. But then those should beware of asking “call me when I’m on the road”.

Same goes for IE6 users. It’s up to us now, to either deliver browsing options for their IE6 or not, and they will have to respect that. If not, I believe they can kiss my pale *ss lol.

Oh and Microsoft, I’m impatiently awaiting you going down against apple and open source in time.

I think MS announcing their support for IE6 till 2014 is just going to make it’s lifespan shorter. No developer wants that scary news to be a reality.

There should be an auto-update feature in IE like in Firefox, that way there is absolutely no hassle when updating. Ha, Someone should create a ‘virus’ that only affect IE6 Users and It tells them to upgrade the browser when they visit ANY web page.
