Saw it live on the news. As it passed over a road you could see a car leisurely driving along and was swamped by the tsunami created from the earthquake. Terrifying stuff. Hope people around the coast were alerted.

Actually it was only a 7, but was heavy enough.

I don’t live in the direct center of the earthquake, here in Yokohama it still was a 5.5. My room looks pretty messy, too.

There still are a new earthquakes like every 5 minutes, but much much weaker (2-4)

Was really scary… I mean, I was quietly writing the documentation for our next theme…

Edit: Already 70 dead, countless blessed. But most of the buildings still stand.

looks like there was an 8.9 and a 7.1 that hit it started as a 7.1 then they’ve updated it twice was watching CNN the stuff in libya, hearts out to everyone there and in the region

Glad you’re all right, Bebel! Quite the shocker you guys got there :o Just listening to the news report, they mention massive floods due to tsunami waves dragging trucks and small buildings along :shocked:

There are bound to be quite a bit of casualties & injured with a quake this big :(
