The best CSS framework?

What do you thinks is the most complete framework using CSS3, HTML5 and of course jQuery? Please, share.

The CSS frameworks are great. Of course a CSS need a framework (by this means js – jquery- , predefined styles for HTML elements), you can use pure CSS but if has js is a better and easier integration.

I’m not sure but css is quite simple. trying to make simple more simple will become complex thing

Create a template with CSS from scratch will take a lot of time.
Create a template using a CSS framework will take less time.
That is the point of using a framework.

Create a template with CSS from scratch will take a lot of time.
Create a template using a CSS framework will take less time.
That is the point of using a framework.

Just want to quickly leave my opinion.

There isn’t anything wrong with using a css framework. In fact, if you’re new to webdesign using a framework is greatly advised. Trying to get everything working responsively is a little tricky if you don’t know what you’re doing and better to use something that is tried and tested. (Especially if you’re still having to support ie6)

In terms of it being bloated up you may have a point. But the great thing, such as twitter bootstrap, is that is has a customize page where you can quickly tick or untick various css/javascript components you don’t want.

That means when you download and use it is pretty much as light as you want plus it is well referenced.

Hope that clarifies the situation… There is no right or wrong answer here.

so what css provide? A punch of useful codes? What if I don’t use some of code. tons of complex things. and css is style , how about style? when you will fight to win the reviewer for your style. can framwork provide it

Well, if you can’t create your own style (using or not a CSS framework), you can’t get your themes approved on TF. Point.

Important: a CSS framework usually provide a default design/style, but you can also add your custom style to overwritte the default one. Remember: CSS is powerfull.
