I’ve tried to install the Clothes Shop Theme on a fresh installation of WordPress 3.1.2 using the .zip file upload feature but the installation fails every time and I don’t understand why.
After uploading the theme .zip files I’m getting a message saying “Are you sure you want to do this?” (with no text or YES /NO buttons showing up after that line). Under that line there is a clickable link saying ‘Please Try Again’...which I’ve done at least 3 times now without success. The same failure notice just keeps repeating. I’m a bit of a newbie with WP installs so am I missing something or doing something wrong?
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks guys!

Make sure that you’re opening the zip file you downloaded from ThemeForest first AND THEN upload the theme. It’s a common mistake but you can fix it right quick.

Additionally if it is not that why not contact the author who you bought the theme off. I’m sure they’ll be glad to help.
