It’s a simple equation:

number of calories consumed – number of calories burned

Either lower your calories or increase your exercise and you will loose weight, do both and you will loose weight really quickly; no need to worry about carbs or proteins etc. That’s the reason a pro athelete can consume over 10000 calories per day and still stay in incredible shape.

I hate diets and physical exercise done Indoor. I don’t have surely to lose weight, but can assure that cycling seriously is super effective.

Specially if you climb hills :)

That worked for me too. Combined with eating vegetables instead of meat and fries (I used to eat a lot of fries). And combined with having two full-time jobs, that’s a guaranteed success story :) I don’t run, I don’t exercise and in two months I lost 10kg (I think that’s 22 pounds) Good luck!

1. Eat the right food (this includes NEVER STOP EATING MEAT, EGGS, MILK PRODUCTS!) – more proteins, less carbohydrates, reasonable fat consumption, LOTS of vegetables.

2. A LOT of physical activity. The chair and the desk kills – slowly and painfully!

3. Don’t go mad on things like fat burners, L-carnitine etc.

4. Don’t read too much on “insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity” unless you have a proven metabolic syndrome! ;)

5. Believe me – I know what I am talking about and I learned it THE HARD WAY!

That’s me 18 months and 12 months ago:

Finished with 30 kilos weight loss in 9 months and still maintaining the same weight – 83-85. Still working out 3 times a week and trying to walk 2 hours every day.

There is a lot of materials on the web on the right things to do and what NOT to do!

1-st and the most important rule – EAT RIGHT (sometimes this even means a lot of food, but the right food) and NEVER GO WITH DIETS!

2-nd rule – MOVE!!!

That’s my 2 cents.

Yes, HIIT is great, but definitely not for beginners and not for people with too much body fat.
