Just wondered what the solution to this issue is:

“When you try to place an order, you can add the items into the basket but when you go to the basket at the end it doesn’t remember the second item which you tried to add and adds an extra item in for the first item which you ordered. So if you add 2 cushions and then try to add a candle holder, it doesn’t remember the candle holder and you end up with 3 cushions!”

Anyone else had this problem? It seems an odd one.

Really need a solution ASAP .

Theme downloaded over 2000 times but no one can provide any support.

It doesn’t e-mail people their password either when they register.

This is really annoying me now.

Authors don’t even have to give support you know, but I understand your frustration. Check your spam folder for the password or try another email address.

True.

Although they do have a support area for the themes on the authors site.

I feel like I am being sent round in circles at the moment.

Its OK I fixed it myself and it turns you have to set an item ID so the products don’t go missing in the shopping cart.

Note to the creator: It is not listed that you must add an item ID in the installation instructions. That is worth correcting when you can as I am sure I’m not the only one with this problem.
