Hi there!
I am interesting TF reviewers are always objective? Is it possible that sometimes the reviewer is wrong? Do they make concessions to possible inaccuracies in reviewing elite authors, but at the same time extremely hard on the new authors?
Thanks!
For sure, altough the strive to do their best to stay objective I think they still tend to release items of elite authors a bit faster than the new ones. Thats somehow like the nature of stuff. If you know the work of somebody you rather trust him/her than someone who is new.

“I am interesting TF reviewers are always objective?”
We try to be as objective as possible. If you do not agree with an item review you’re always welcome to submit a ticket.
“Is it possible that sometimes the reviewer is wrong?”
Of course, as humans making mistakes is in our nature. Again, if you ever think something’s wrong then please contact us and we will try to clarify this for you.
“Do they make concessions to possible inaccuracies in reviewing elite authors, but at the same time extremely hard on the new authors?”
No, the Elite distinction let you unlock new achievements and rewards: http://elite.envato.com Elite authors don’t get priority review, we treat everyone equally.
Hi, Ivor!
First, thanks for your reply, really appreciate it.
Actually we have already created the ticket in regards to an item review and Envato Support Department had answered us:
“Thank you for your message. I have forwarded your ticket to a reviewer in hopes of further clarification. Please allow some time while the reviewer in question replies back.”
But there was no reply neither of you nor of the other reviewer unfortunately.
We worked hard on our theme and would be very grateful to hear for a more detailed answer from you about what we need to improve.
Hope this time you will you give a more constructive and detailed answer.
P. S. We have send the ticket ID to your email today. We don’t understand, have you seen it or not? If seen, why did not you answer?
Kind regards.

MegaTheme?
1. As I mentioned in the email: authors are not allowed to contact us via our personal email to get more feedback.
2. The ticket was created yesterday, waiting for the ticket assignment.
3. Weekend / end of the year.

Pixelous, I’m an elite author and i still get mail with header “Your uploaded item – rejected”
I think Kailoon is the reviewer who will always give you some custom feedback instead of a 100% template feedback.

Unfortunately your item didn’t met our design standards.
When an item is Hard Rejected it means that the review team feels the item needs significant improvement before it can be approved for sale.
If you were not happy with the review and wanted more feedback you should have contacted Support.
As far as i’m concerned the reviewers were always helpful.
And if you get the “doesn’t meet the design standards” it means that the design needs a lot of work. You can’t expect from the reviewers to design the theme for you.
