This is interesting given I haven’t received any “Extended License” purchase for this. I wonder if this is a violation of that? Given they’re using my theme aswell as using a 1.2 version which is 3 versions out of date. I’d have to question their purchase.

How is that? Did he not buy a regular licence? That’s 70% of $40. It is not nothing. He bought your theme and sold it for more money. Almost all buyers do that, the only difference here is a couple of $$.

I don’t see any reason for you to complain. You are selling your theme for $40-$45 and that’s it. If someone buys it and makes millions of it, its not because of your work, its because of them.
