The theme doesn't work correctly?

Hi, I try to install the strange theme, but when i activate doesn’t appear correctly on website.

What is wrong? I follow the steps on documentation. Thanks

Obviously you have not added any content or assigned a menu yet but in general the theme seems to be working as it should.
