hi there,

I played around with some of the themes here to find the right theme for our small ensemble which also organizes two (very small ;-)) theatre festivals per year.

Of course you can play around with portfolio-themes but either they are too “business/design” heavy or too “funky-music” oriented. I didn’t find any “decent” theme for our purpose (on other pages there are “theatre” themes but they all feature this cliche-style with heavy red curtains (do they even exist anymore? ;-)) and the happy/sad-masks … so nothing for a more or less “modern” theatre-ensemble).

Of course there are a lot of possbilities concerning the features of such a theme (portfolio of pieces, actors, newsletter, sliders, an event calendar (maybe even with google calendar integration), ticket reserveration/sale, timetable and places for the festival, google map integration, etc.

So maybe this is an inspiration for someone ;-)

kind regards from Vienna

Andreas.
