Theme Has Disappeared

I’ve had a few sales the last couple of days but your right I started off really strong then the last few days has been slow…

One of mine has gone too. I was relieved when I saw i wasn’t the only one!

Same with me, my template called “Bumbling Business” was deleted without me receiving an email saying that it had been rejected. I just re-uploaded….

Ok I have contacted support now as well. I would assume however that this problem will be at least examined and likely dealt with in the next couple of hours. It is just after 5 a.m. in Australia so I would likely imagine that someone will be helping us all out soon!

Everybody – I’ll contact support right now. We’ll get to the bottom of this.

Don’t worry guys, the data should all be there, we have a lot of backup procedures in place. This is just plain strange!

Will keep calling the dev team until someone wakes up It’s 5:30am in Melbourne hehe

Wow thats commitment guys, I wonder if your dev team would be that committed though, getting up to work at 5:30 .

OK, managed to wake up Vahid who will find someone soon to come and fix the problem.
