I tried to install ecobiz theme but the files will not download into the wp-content/theme folder. Instead it is inside wordpress/wp-content/theme folder, but when I logged into my admin page to edit the theme it does not show up. I am not sure what else to do.
You really need to contact the theme author. Are you sure you have the WP theme not the HTML theme?
