Not fine at all. Hopefully the item you mentioned would be removed from the marketplace. But if your slider’s concept was copied from that Australian website (or any other one) while the code is fully own it is still better to refuse using it. Anyway, concept is also somebody’s property.

But wat concept? Sliding layered with background changing?

• your logo is terrible
• some graphics you use are dirty
• spacing between the slider and the below element is not same with all macro blocks
• heading + text contrast is not enough
• the footer looks bad, just compare with others

Come on man, give us the slider

Im working to redesign theme and post it again. It soon will be available with slider. I have also wrote to humaan to explain situation.
