Start by changing the logo and adding some images to those banner spaces. When I looked at them I lost the will to see anything else. Good luck!

Only that logo is enough to get rejected. Then the random photos for which I’m sure you don’t have licence to use. Then the rest of the website that looks to have a mess in alignment and spacing.

It is not yor work but this author http://themes.themesector.com/?theme=avenue U just have replaced logo and made some css changes. Everyone can buy theme here at ThemeForst, make some css changes in a half a hour, that’s is it. Why not just start creating your own theme?
