I am addressing to you because I bought as you can see your theme retro portfolio but the javascript effects does not seem to work, I have installed your theme in cdmon hosting and one and one but it does not work in either of them: As you can see, the slides and the motion effect do not work properly: http://diserama.es/lab/ http://www.olozagarre.com/

I would be grateful if you could give me a hand to this

you need to login from the account you purchased it, as you dont have a buyers badge

probably not a good idea to post your password publicly, youre not logged into the account you used to purchase the theme(youd have a buyers badge see the little green guy below my picture)

also this is a general forum, you need to contact the authors, see the link snapthemes posted but you need to be logged in from the account you used to purchase it.

aslo Im just a normal user like you so you’re not my customer, and weve told you what you need to do

┬┐is not there an e-mail address to ask a question to the company staff? I have been trying to get a solution for two days, this does not seem to be a big deal. Other software companies have got a customer services and ease the contact.

Be aware that due to international status of the authors and marketplace response is not necessarily instant and especially on weekends it may take a little while
