Theme Strange WP - odd menu behaviour

The horizontal menu (to the right of the logo) in the Strange template shifts one line up from center of Header when refreshed, or when clicking the individual menu links. This happens at irregualer basis (no fixed behaviour). The menu is an one-liner, inside the template width. Have not been able to find a way to correct this, neither by manipulating header text in px (which is not used) or any other available action via the Strange options.

Any ideas?

I am after a quickfix to a newly downloaded theme which does not function properly, nothing else
