Hello,
I will be building a custom PHP app for the next month or so, it will have something to do with a CMS , but not exactly. It makes sense to me at least that I should submit that to themeforest, but I don’t seem to find the right category for custom PHP apps. CodeCanyon could seem like a possibility, but I’m not sure, because it will be a complete solution, a fully featured app.
What do you think – themeforest or codecanyon?
Codecanyon. Think about Wordpress, that would be on codecanyon as well.
PHP app = code snippet, so it should go into Codecanyon
- Author had a File in an Envato Bundle
- Sold between 50 000 and 100 000 dollars
- Item was Featured
- Author had a Free File of the Month
- Author was Featured
- Bought between 1 and 9 items
- Referred between 10 and 49 users
- Europe
- Has been a member for 1-2 years
So if I understood correctly, WordPress = code snippet?
Just kidding, thanks for the replies
Whatever gets the most exposure… To me it seems more logical to submit to codecanyon as under TF it would go under (other CMS ) of which there are only two, which looks bare.
Based on the number of successful PHP apps, it seems to be more appropiate in CodeCanyon, I guess

Ok, maybe not, I’d say Code Canyon.
