Maybe he’s afraid that someone might steal his ideas, and that’s why he would like a privately discussion with a reviewer..am i right?

You might have a different opinion than the review is not a valid point. Looking at some of the latest items approved and all the hassle about this subject, i’m sure that some of the authors here have standards just a bit higher than the reviewers :D

Not pointing fingers or blaming reviewers, but the half of the items approved have the same basic design and just a few of the authors strive for uniqueness.

I’m not afraid anyone would steal the design, I’m just trying to make sure the product is accepted by the ones doing the… accepting. You might have higher standards than the reviewers but still my product won’t get accepted for some strange, random, unforeseen reason. I was asking how i can get to a reviewer directly. but that is a solved problem. I’m slicing, coding and getting my feedback like everyone else.

Thanks for the feedback and effort though.

I think if we all apply our personal standards or taste on reviewing, it is totally unfair to authors and its not good for a marketplace :)

@CiprianTurcu Post it on forum, you will get useful feedback.

Ok, I’m going to give it a try in the item discussion, just for the sake of it.

Here’s a link to that page if interested in giving your opinion if it will be accepted or not: http://themeforest.net/forums/thread/vcard-feedback-before-slicing-and-coding/66981

Thanks!

You can make yourself an idea of what is accepting just by browsing the marketplace. There is no need to bother the reviewers, just check the items on sale.

Yes, but I could of given myself that answer even before I started working on the design at all. I actually did. Been there, got the t-shirt. But hey, thanks!

No reason to be sarcastic he was trying to give you advice, but as you think you so awesome why even create this thread

Hey man, was not trying to be sarcastic even though it seems it turned out to come out that way.

Just wanted to state the fact that I already took this into consideration before I even started working and actually took that approach and that I was looking for something a little more… specific.

No hard feelings I hope.

Thanks for your advice!

Thing is, if we all can be that good in self reviewing our work, all stuff will be approved. Even better, we’ll all be rocket scientists. The problem that our review is made using our filter, which sometimes isn’t that helpful. :P
