I want to generate the 80 by 80 thumbnails for my template with page2images but i dont know what to do with the generated code. when uploading a template, themeforest requires that you upload a file and not a code which is generated from the page2images site. Any help is much appreciated. thank you.

What you mean? page2images generates images, not code.

I have a couple of images in the portfolio section of my template that i do not want to include in the download for a user to buy.At the same time i want those images to be viewable in the preview. How do i achieve that. Thank You.

Hello I don’t think the 80 by 80 thumbnails will include in the download for user. As I think it will only display in this page: http://themeforest.net/category/wordpress .
