You could try actually contacting the theme author.. you know, the one who wrote the CSS file….

Why does hey want to do this?
The creator of the theme isn’t authorized to give him refund so why bothering them, they have enough work as it is with support. He has to contact support and when hey didn’t download the theme then i’m sure hey gets a refund.

I’m not talking about him getting a refund, I’m talking about him contacting the author in regards to the installation problem… hence why I labeled the author “the one who wrote the CSS file..”.
