Just against some ethical ones I think… Probably anyone could go around and register themeforest.es, themeforest.hu, etc But the real themeforest is only one…

So … I’m guessing now – as long templates offered there linking to themeforest.net it’s not against any envato markets policies. Am I right ?

Themeforest is not a brand, it’s just a words. So it’s legal to do that…i guess

What is really lame about the site, besides using the brand name (which I don’t know how legal it is), is this: see the ‘download link’. The guy probably uses mod_rewrite to show visitors the link goes to a zip file. LOL .

Other than that, yeah – it’s just another affiliate site. And the user behind it seems legit, he’s a regular buyer.

I think this is OK and I certainly wouldn’t mind if they put link to some of my items :P

Who cares if it’s legit or not.. Is the owner bothering you? The name “ThemeForest” isn’t patented.
