Themeforest is not a brand, it’s just a words. So it’s legal to do that…i guess

What is really lame about the site, besides using the brand name (which I don’t know how legal it is), is this: see the ‘download link’. The guy probably uses mod_rewrite to show visitors the link goes to a zip file. LOL .

Other than that, yeah – it’s just another affiliate site. And the user behind it seems legit, he’s a regular buyer.
