Didn’t see it yet (the code) but they say they will releases also Api key ,don’t know how they will do it due to copyrights issue but very interesting, will support cell-phone also +it will have Api key straight for flash. When a user visits the vid.ly url they automatically detect the device or browser type and deliver the correctly formatted video from a high quality . Direct FLA play support for legacy Flash players.

They will also have a player pro .with API to programmatically add/delete/modify a high volume of vid.ly urls and you will probably can integrate this with you flash (but I am not sure yet about that).

I got an invitation and I’m testing it right now. Let’s see what these guys came up with. I’ll post my result as soon as I get it.

I uploaded an 14MB .FLV and tested it on the browser and on my iPod Touch 4Gen. The video runs great on both.

look like its free if you don’t us there pro player ,but there is no official date when it will be available to the world ,so i cant tell yet

Why not just encode your video in mp4 ? Works in flash and on the iPhone too ( the only non flash device )

only trick is to encode it right
